The program consists of 2 parts: An online DISC psychometric assessment, plus 1,5 hours of coaching time to explore your natural style.
You will get a copy of the DISC graphs and accompanying report which we use as the foundation of our coaching discussion.
This will include an exploration of the leading characteristics common to your personality style, and how to apply these to people who have different styles to your own. This is a journey into understanding yourself better, getting clarity about why you do or say things in a certain way. You will also learn how to adjust these natural tendencies in order to generate trust and make a deeper connection with your speech partners, especially those with styles contrary to your own.
We will also discuss natural body language and physical behaviour commonly displayed by your personality type, and how to use this to your best advantage.
